Palm Beach Synagogue celebrated its 26th anniversary with gala at The Colony

West Palm Beach - The Palm Beach Synagogue celebrated its 26th anniversary with a sold-out gala at The Colony hotel. Nearly 225 people attended the Feb. 16 event including President Michael Scharf and Rabbi Moshe and Dinie Scheiner.

The evening started with cocktails followed by an awards ceremony honoring Jacqueline Goldman with the Woman of Valor Award and William Langfan and his son Mark Langfan with the From Generation to Generation Award. Aileen and Dr. Mitchell Josephs were both awarded the Loving Kindness Award.

After the ceremony, guests had dinner and dessert in the gardens. The evening’s entertainment was provided by illusionist Ilan Smith.
